Christy Rekstad-Founder/Certified Massage Therapist
Christy is a graduate from Bryman Institute in Eagan. She spent 2 years planning her big endeavor and finally on January 5, 2008 she opened the doors to Simply Massage in Rosemount. Christy's specialties are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre/Post Natal, Injury Care, Assisted Stretching, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Ear Candling.
Alyson C.
Alyson completed her massage training in 2006 at Northwestern Health Sciences University. She received 780 hours of advanced training in Trigger Point Therapy, Rehabilitation, Swedish Relaxation, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Chair Massage, Reflexology and Hot Stone Therapy. Her gradual, layering approach allows her to release tension from the superficial levels to the deepest levels while minimizing pain and tissue damage. Alyson thoroughly consults with her clients in order to customize the session to their individual needs.

Tiffany is a 2008 graduate from Everest Institute in Eagan. Her specialties are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Sports Massage.

Beth is a 2007 Brown College Graduate. Her modalities include relaxation massage, deep tissue and trigger point work. She is also trained in ear candling. Before Simply Massage, Beth's work experience has been in the chiropractic field. She thrives on giving the best possible massage to each client.

Anne is an Aveda Institute graduate. She is trained in deep tissue, trigger point, reflexology, energy work, assisted stretching and lymph massage. Anne also created and implemented Simply Massage's fabulous NEW Soothing Scalp Treatment service!

Amanda graduated with honors from the Texas Massage Institute in Fort Worth, TX. She is currently licensed in the State of Texas and in the City of Rosemount, MN and is a member of the ABMP Massage Association.

She brings two years of experience into her practice as a therapist. In addition to being certified in Swedish and Deep Tissue, she is also certified in Advanced Deep Tissue of the Upper Torso, Pre-natal Massage, Infant Massage, and Orthopedic Massage. She also performs Chair Massage and the energy work of Reiki.
She volunteers her time to local Assisted Living Centers to create a smile and to provide ease for the elderly.
She creates a massage that will suit your specific needs, and adds a serene approach of harmony and balance to your busy life.
