Christy Rekstad-Owner
Christy is a graduate from Bryman Institute in Eagan. She spent 2 years planning her big endeavor and finally on January 5, 2008 she opened Simply Massage in Rosemount. Christy's specialties are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Pre/Post Natal, Injury Care, Assisted Stretching, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Massage and Ear Candling.
Alyson C.
Alyson completed her massage training in 2006 at Northwestern Health Sciences University. She received 780 hours of advanced training in Trigger Point Therapy, Rehabilitation, Swedish Relaxation, Sports Massage, Prenatal Massage, Chair Massage, Reflexology and Hot Stone Therapy. Her gradual, layering approach allows her to release tension from the superficial levels to the deepest levels while minimizing pain and tissue damage. Alyson thoroughly consults with her clients in order to customize the session to their individual needs.
Melissa M.
Melissa graduated from Northwestern Health Sciences in the fall of 2007 with 720 hours of training. The program was strongly anatomy and physiology based and taught many modalites including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, pre-natal, Hot Stone and swedish massage. Melissa is also trained in ear candling.
Amy E.
Amy is a 2008 graduate from the St. Croix Center for the Healing Arts in Hudson, Wisconsin. She personalizes each massage to her clients needs integrating multiple techniques starting with swedish and deep tissue. She uses medium-firm pressure that can also be personalized. In addition to her 853 hour massage and bodywork program, Amy has had additional training in Sports Massage and will continue to add more training in the future.

Tiffany is a 2008 graduate from Everest Institute in Eagan. Her specialties are Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Sports Massage.
Beth P.
Beth is a 2007 Brown College Graduate. Her modalities include relaxation massage, deep tissue and trigger point work. She is also trained in ear candling. Before Simply Massage, Beth's work experience has been in the chiropractic field. She thrives on giving the best possible massage to each client.

Amanda is a 2008 graduate from Centerpoint Massage and Shiatsu Therapy School in Minneapolis. She received 1042 hours of extensive training in swedish & deep tissue massage, shiatsu therapy, sports massage, hot stone therapy and much more. She has also received additional training at Northwestern Health Sciences University.
Anne R.
Anne is an Aveda Institute graduate. She is trained in deep tissue, trigger point, reflexology, energy work, assisted stretching and lymph massage. Anne also created and implemented Simply Massage's fabulous NEW Soothing Scalp Treatment service!

Sara is a 2008 Graduate from Aveda Institute in Minneapolis. She has received training in facials, lash and brow tinting, and full body waxing. Sara performs a thorough skin analysis to better customize services for clients specific skincare needs.
